The SixSigmaIndy is a Six Sigma Leadership and Training program created to upskill individuals from all backgrounds and sectors with strategies and tools for solving real-world problems.

Now with AI integration, we customize your team’s learning experience to make it more relevant and future-ready. This course is engaging and interactive, including beginner-friendly prompt engineering to help you and your team start using AI in practical ways.

The Yellow Belt program focuses on inclusive leadership and provides clear instruction in basic Six Sigma tools. It’s perfect for those who are new to Six Sigma and want to build a strong foundation.

In just three half-day sessions (or one day and a half), you’ll gain practical examples and an overview of the Six Sigma DMAIC model: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control.

This certificate program is available virtually or in person and is open to all U.S. residents, regardless of age, race, gender, or socio-economic status. There's no maximum to the number of participants!

We especially recommend this program for those interested in the 2024 Six Sigma Indy Green Belt Certification but who may not have experience working with data.
