We are concerned by the growing disconnect in income and wealth across every socioeconomic level. Multiple sources report that median Black household wealth will hit zero by 2053 and Latino wealth will hit zero twenty years later. Aggressively reversing this trajectory to economic IMmobility starts with opening doors to upskilling opportunities.
